Day-1 Trichy Arrival- Poondi- Vailankaani Arrival at Trichy. Proceed to Poondi (70 kms/ 1.5 hrs). Visit Poondi Madha Basillica. Our Lady of Lords Basillica Church has a relic of the True Cross, believed to be the one on which Christ was crucified. Travel to Vailankanni (85 km/2 hrs) via Thanjavur. O/n at hotel in Vailankanni.
Day-2 Vailankanni- Madurai Visit Our Lady of Vailankanni Church. Vigin Mary is believed to have appeared in the town. Travel to Madurai (250 kms/ 6 hrs).O/n at hotel in Madurai
Day-3 Madurai- Tuticorin Today, travel to Tuticorin(150 kms/ 3 hrs) via Kamanayakkapanti, which is home to Church of Our Lady of Assumption, one of the oldest church in South Tamilnadu. At Tuticorin, visit Our Lady of Snows shrine Basillica dedicated to Virgin Mary. O/n at hotel in Tuticorin
Day-4 Tuticorin- Kombuthurai- Manapad- Kallikulam- Kanyakumari Travel to Kombuthurai (35 kms), home to St. Stephens Church, dedicated to Saint Stephen. Travel to Manapad (25 km) & visit Holy Cross Church. The church has a relic believed to be from the True Cross of Jerusalem. From here, travel to Kallikulam (50kms) & visit Our Lady of Snows Kallikulam Basillica, dedicated to Vigin Mary. Later, proceed to Kanyakumari (45 kms). O/n at hotel in Kanyakumari
Day-5 Kanyakumari Departure Visit Maravankudieruppu, home to our Lady of Snows (15 km). Depart to railway station. Tour ends.
